When you order through our “emergency appraisal” program
it is possible to receive the appraisal report the same
day.
Emergency Appraisal orders are accepted by phone
reservation only. You must call the appraiser directly
at 336-399-5125 for your reservation.
If the order is received by
*10:00 AM EST—in most cases
the appraisal report will be completed and returned
before 6 PM EST the same day. Occasionally some
information is not readily available and may slightly
delay the completion of the report.
In almost all cases
the report will be ready within 24 hours.
Once the order is reserved the subject dwelling must be
available for interior/exterior inspection when the
appraiser is available. Usually the inspection will be
done before 2 PM EST.
This service is currently available in the following
counties: Alamance, Guilford, Davidson, Davie, Randolph,
& Rockingham.
The typical fee for this service is $595.00. We
generally collect a minimum of $300 from the client and
bill any overage to be paid at closing. This fee applies
to houses up to 3500 square feet.
